No Intake

I lost so much weight that I stopped counting calories for a while, so I might eat a little more. I really don’t know why I’m losing that much with all the working out and eating a hell lot of protein…so now I have really nice abs but other than that I look like a twig! I don’t like it.

  • Slice of Bread + 200 calories
  • Protein Bar + 66 calories
  • Small Salad w/ Spinach w/ Salmon + 350 calories
  • Gummibears + 80 calories
  • 2 Bowls of Strawberries, Blueberries, 2 TB of Oeatmeal w/ Yoghurt + 350 calories

Work-Out:

  • 1 h 30 min of Crosstraining - 1200 calories
  • 1 round of circuit training - 100 (approx)

= - 254

  • 6 (small) Apples (yeah, i know…) + 300 calories
  • 1 Cookie + 150 calories
  • Tiny portion of Pasta Bolognese + 300 calories

Work-Out:

  • 1 h 45 min of Running - 1100 calories
  • 1 h of Body Pump - 300 calories (approx)
  • 45 min of easy cycling - 200 calories

= - 650 calories

WHOA.

  • 2 Apples + 100 calories
  • 1 small piece of bread + 150 calories
  • Tomato Soup w/ a lot of beef + 500 calories
  • 1 small portion of Frozen Yogurt + 150 calories
  • Small Salad + 200 calories
  • Cappuccino w/ Cookie + 120 calories

Work-Out:

  • 1 h 45 min of Crosstraining - 1150 calories

= + 70 calories

If you’re wondering why I’ve recently been crosstraining more than running, it’s because I’ve been ill and it’s easier to cough while crosstraining ;) Also I really like how my arms get toned by crosstraining!
