I lost so much weight that I stopped counting calories for a while, so I might eat a little more. I really don’t know why I’m losing that much with all the working out and eating a hell lot of protein…so now I have really nice abs but other than that I look like a twig! I don’t like it.

If you’re wondering why I’ve recently been crosstraining more than running, it’s because I’ve been ill and it’s easier to cough while crosstraining ;) Also I really like how my arms get toned by crosstraining!

Very bad food today :( I also feel ill, I think I cought a cold. I have never felt so exhausted after working out… I also think I might have burned more calories while lifting, but I rather underestimate them.
